Care and cleaning

Unplug the controller cable and take the power bank out of the pocket before cleaning. The supplier shows the pad washed by hand or on a gentle machine cycle; let it dry fully before the next use and before plugging it in.

Frequently asked questions

Does it come with a power bank? Only on the With Power Bank option. The Pad Only option works with any USB power bank you already own.

Can it replace my sleeping mat? No. It adds warmth on top of a mat; the mat still keeps you off the cold ground.

Where does the power bank go? In the zipped pocket on the side of the pad, with the controller button outside where you can reach it.
