Reading the figures
Battery capacity, charge times and solar output are the supplier's figures: a solar panel reaches its rated output only in full sun, facing it directly. Water resistance is an IPX rating under IEC 60529 where one is stated; charge and store devices dry.
Sunlight into a USB port

Wipe the panel with a soft damp cloth; dust and fingerprints cut the charge. Do not fold or bend it sharply.

Does it store power? No. It has no battery of its own; plug in a power bank to store the day's charge.
Will it charge my phone through a window? Glass and shade cut the charge a lot; it works best outside in direct sun.
Which cable do I need? The panel has a USB-A port, so use your phone's own USB cable.
