Setting the length

On flat ground, set the pole so your elbow bends at about 90 degrees with the tip beside your foot. Shorten it by 5 to 10 cm (2–4″) for climbs and lengthen it by the same for descents.

Folds small, sets up in seconds

  • Folds to 34 cm: the sections fold along an inner cord and a quick-release button locks them straight.
  • Adjustable 115-135 cm: a flip lock below the grip sets the length against a printed scale on the shaft.
  • 7075 aluminium: a light, stiff alloy shaft, about 275 g per pole (supplier-stated).
  • Foam grip: a lightweight EVA foam grip with a nylon wrist strap.

Which length should I set? The supplier suggests about 115 cm for a height of 166-170 cm, 120 cm for 170-172 cm, 125 cm for 175-185 cm, 130 cm for 185-190 cm and 135 cm above 190 cm.

Is a pair two poles? Yes. Choose Pair in the options for two identical poles, or Single Pole for one.

Can I change the length on the trail? Yes. Open the flip lock below the grip, slide the shaft to the length you want on the printed scale and close the lock.
