Safe use
Use a camping stove outdoors only, on firm and level ground, away from the tent and anything that burns. Use only the fuel named above, and let the stove cool before you pack it.
Hinged panels that stand in the ground
- Hinged aluminium panels: each plate is linked to the next, so the screen bends to the shape of the stove.
- Wire stakes: a wire stake at each end pushes into soft ground to hold the screen upright.
- Three lengths: 9, 10 or 12 panels, from a short screen for a small burner to a long one for a two-ring stove.
- Folds flat: the panels stack into a slim bundle for the drawstring bag.
Leave a gap in the ring where the stove sits on its gas canister: a closed ring reflects heat onto the canister. Use it outdoors only, and let the panels cool before you fold them.

Which length do I need? Nine panels suit a small burner on a canister; ten or twelve go round a two-ring cartridge stove or a pot on a larger burner.
Does it stand on a table? Yes. Bend it into a curve so it stands on its own; the stakes are for soft ground.
