Choosing a size

A throw for the sofa is usually about 130 × 170 cm (51 × 67″); to cover a double bed, choose at least 200 × 220 cm (79 × 87″). Check the care line before washing: thick plush and knitted throws often need a gentle cycle and a low tumble-dry setting, or none.

Water-repellent outside, soft quilting inside

  • Two sides: A smooth water-repellent shell faces the ground; a soft brushed face is the side you sit on.
  • Quilted: Diamond stitching runs across both sides of the blanket.
  • Bound edges: A piped edge runs all the way round the blanket.
  • Carry bag: Fold and roll it into the bag, then carry it by the strap.
  • Easy care: Wipe the outer side down, or wash the whole blanket in the machine.

The blanket is water-repellent, not waterproof: on soaked ground, water can work through in time. The 100 x 140 cm size comes in black only. The bag style varies by colour in the photos.

Care and cleaning

Shake off crumbs and grass, then wipe the outer side with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, machine wash it and let it dry fully before rolling it into the bag.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sit on wet grass? The outer side is water-repellent, so damp grass stays underneath. On soaked ground, water can work through in time.

Which sizes are there? Every colour comes in 200 x 140 cm. Black also comes in 100 x 140 cm.

Can it go in the washing machine? Yes. It can be wiped down or machine washed; let it dry before packing.
