Choose a bag whose comfort temperature is at or below the coldest night you expect. The limit temperature is the coldest a person curled up can get through, not a comfortable night. Ratings are the supplier's own unless a standard such as EN ISO 23537 is named.
Warm from the hood to the foot box

Care and cleaning
Air it out after every trip and store it loose, not in the compression sack, so the fill keeps its loft. Wash it by hand or on a gentle cycle in cool water and dry it fully before storing.
