Reading the figures
Brightness in lumens and run time are the supplier's figures and are measured on different modes: the brightest mode runs for the shortest time. Water resistance is an IPX rating under IEC 60529 where one is stated: IPX4 withstands splashes, not being submerged.
Wide strip for the camp, spot for the path
- Wide beam: the LED strip runs around the front of the band and lights about 230° (supplier-stated).
- Spotlight: a separate LED in the front module throws a narrower beam further ahead.
- Six modes: strip high and low, spot high and low, flashing, and sensor mode.
- Motion sensor: a wave in front of the lamp turns it on or off in sensor mode.
- Two buttons: one for the strip, one for the spot, on the side of the module.
- Rechargeable: a built-in battery that charges over USB-C, no spare batteries to carry.
The whole lamp weighs about 68 g (supplier-stated), and the band is soft and adjustable. It is rated IPX4 for splashes and rain (supplier-stated); do not submerge it.

Care and cleaning
Wipe the lamp with a damp cloth and let it dry before charging. Charge it fully before a trip and top it up after long use.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it without the motion sensor? Yes. The two buttons switch the strip and the spot directly; the sensor only works in sensor mode.
What charges it? Any USB charger with the included USB-C cable. The set option adds a car charger and a wall plug.
